Seeing a need, Open Access was founded in 2013. Everything we do is FREE to the individuals and families we serve. We are a 501C3 nonprofit operating 100% from your donations and grants.
The mission of Open Access is to care for those who need basic items, educate, advocate, and provide a gateway to services that meet the needs of individuals in communities where access to vital services is limited. Founded in 2013 Open Access provides access to food, clothing, hygiene products and links to needed resources.
Eugenia Cutler, Executive Director
Born and raised in Chicago’s Southland, I feel a strong commitment to the community. I want everyone to experience life-changing services regardless of their economic status. Through Open Access, I’m so fortunate to be able to impact the lives of others, all while partnering with some of the most passionate and driven community leaders in the Chicagoland area.
Nick Koster, Program Director
It takes a community to help a community, and I am so thankful for all of the amazing volunteers and partner agencies that help us do what we do. Growing up here has given me a passion for the people of this area, and I am proud of the work Open Access does to make their lives better. The only way to bring change to the Southland is together. I hope you join us!
Dodi Wians, Director of Development & Community Relations
Growing up, living and working in the South Suburbs I can't imagine myself anywhere else. I am the newest face here at Open Access and hope my passion for people and helping others will help grow the already wonderful programs that are offered and help more in need here in our community.
